Turbo Tint, the home of the one-hour window tint, is looking for a skilled Senior Window Tint Installer to join our team at our new Gilbert, AZ location! Responsibilities:

• Apply high-quality window tint to vehicles efficiently and accurately.
• Lead the tint installation team to ensure we keep our one-hour tint promise and maintain high quality standards
• Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive experience for every client.
• Use center software system to enter, update, and verify job information before, during, and after each individual tint job
• Utilize a plotter to create a computer cutout of tint film and cut tint film by hand when necessary
• Responsible for bay production and ensure production is flowing
• Responsible for all services/installations and the quality of all services/installations performed.
• Uphold Turbo Tint's standards of quality and professionalism in every installation.
• Maintain working levels of all center supplies and installation tools

Requirements:

• 5+ years experience as a window tint installer, with a focus on automotive applications.
• Proficiency in tinting techniques and a keen eye for detail.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-centric approach.
• Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Willingness to uphold Turbo Tint's brand reputation and commitment to excellence.

Pay & Hours:

• $60,000 plus commission
• Tuesday - Friday (9 AM - 6 PM), Saturday (10 AM - 2 PM). Closed Sunday and Monday
